I considered myself to be cheese lover ever since I was a kid. I loved it melted, not melted, on a sandwich, on pasta, you name it, I loved the stuff. There wasn't a cheese that I didn't like. As I got older, my love for cheese just grew and I found even more amazing, delicious cheeses to add to my repertoire. When I decided to go keto, I was happy that I did not have to give up cheese.
