Keto Bacon-Wrapped Tarragon Chicken is delicious!
It's grilling season! While you might not actually use a grill for this recipe, our low carb Bacon-Wrapped Tarragon Chicken is a delicious dish that is a must-have at your next barbecue. Plus, it can free up the grill to make room for other delicious sides! It is also great for those of us who don't have a grill but want to make something tasty and reminiscent of grilling season… take a look and you'll see just how great this keto-bacon wrapped tarragon seasoned chicken really is.
Chicken is a great choice all on its own, but wrap it in savory bacon and you have an even tastier meal that everybody will line up for. I mean, who doesn't love anything that is served with bacon? Bacon is the best!
To give the chicken even more flavor, we used fresh chopped tarragon. The tarragon offers the perfect pop of flavor and the cream cheese sauce takes it from ordinary to absolutely decadent. All this decadence is still totally keto-friendly and will fit right into your low carb lifestyle. You won't be able to get enough of this yummy bacon-wrapped goodness.
You'll love how easy this dish is to prepare this dish. It just requires everyday ingredients that you can easily find in a typical store. The prep time is pretty simplistic and only takes about 15 minutes to get everything in place. All you need to do is wrap the chicken in the bacon and bake it in your oven. While the chicken is baking, you can get the tarragon, cream cheese sauce ready. Once the bacon-wrapped chicken is done, drizzle it with some sauce or you can even use the tarragon sauce as a dip- both options work!
If you are still thinking about grilling season, try skewering the bacon-wrapped chicken onto metal skewers before you bake them in the oven. This will give you summer-inspired kebabs that will look just like something cooked on a girl. No need for a real grill to have a great summer chicken!
However, the real enjoyment comes down to the flavors that you might not experience in ordinary chicken recipes. Tarragon itself is an herb that has a pretty powerful flavor if it is used fresh. Keep in mind, the dried version of the herb has a much weaker taste. You'll appreciate the distinctive flavor that breathes new life into this poultry dish, plus the cream cheese sauce makes it more than just your average barbecue food.
Low carb foods may be a reputation of being boring and bland, but trust us when we say that you can still indulge in incredible flavor with the right recipe. Bacon-Wrapped Tarragon Chicken is not only keto-friendly, but it tastes so good that it'll probably become a lifetime favorite. Cook this up today and serve to your family and friends. They are going to fall in love with these single-serving portions that will put your taste buds in overdrive!
