Low Carb Zesty Lemon Custard

So let's talk about how easy it is to whip this up at home. The trick to achieving a perfectly smooth and creamy custard is all about managing the whisk. Pay special attention to the order in which the ingredients should be added and the pace that you heat the mixture over the water. Don't be intimidated by the process as it is all over in the matter of a few short minutes. Before you know it, you'll be enjoying your own tangy, restaurant-worthy custard.

Also, let's not forget that this recipe is also sugar-free. Rather than using regular white sugar, the recipe calls for powdered erythritol. This is a common ingredient found in keto-friendly dishes. It is actually a sugar alcohol that is known for its least impact on blood sugar levels. Plus, it's extremely low in calories (0.2 calories per gram to be exact!) Erythritol transforms ordinary dishes into sugar-free and low carb solutions that you can really enjoy with each and every spoonful.

Zesty lemon custard is the perfect snack for any occasion. It's simple, fast, and loaded with refreshing flavor. Make sure to wrap up your day with a bowl full of this yummy treat that is sure to become your #1 low carb dessert!
