Incredible, Easy Low Carb Maple Cookies

Looking for a delicious new cookie recipe? Well look no further- this one is going to be your new favorite! Not only are these cookies low carb, but they are full of rich, warm maple flavor that should be exciting to any keto dieter. When was the last time you actually got to enjoy maple?! Now you can indulge in that delicious maple taste anytime you’d like!

The secret to these tasty keto maple cookies is the So Nourished Pancake Syrup. It is loaded with the maple flavor that you love but has almost none of the carbs. In fact, two tablespoons of the pancake syrup only has one net carb! The syrup is sweetened with a blend of stevia, monkfruit, and erythritol that makes for the perfect amount of sugary taste but, once again, without the carbs. That is why this keto cookie recipe revolves around this ingredient- it is just great!

Keto Maple Cookies Recipe

Making our keto maple cookies is just as easy as any cookie recipe. It is actually one of the easiest cookie recipes out there and only requires one bowl, a spoon, and a sheet tray. To begin, the syrup, melted butter, and vanilla are mixed together. Then the almond flour, baking soda, and salt are added. The batter is stirred into a firm dough. If the mix looks too dry and the batter won’t come together, add the tablespoon of water to loosen it up slightly. You do want it to be a little on the tougher side though. It should hold its shape when scooped. But if it just looks like a bowl of almond flour, add the water!

Roll the cookie dough into small, one inch sized balls and then place them on a parchment-lined sheet tray. A silicone baking mat will work in place of parchment too. Be sure to press the cookie balls down to flatten them. They will not spread as they bake so you want to be sure they are flat rather than solid balls.

Low Carb Maple Cookies

After about eight to ten minutes in the oven, the cookies will begin to turn a beautiful, golden brown. Let them cool for at least a minute before biting into one (I know, they are hard to resist!). Just be warned that once you have one bite, you are going to want more. These cookies have a tendency to disappear quickly!

These keto maple cookies are not only low carb but they are also gluten-free and egg-free. If you want to make the recipe into a diary free cookie, use coconut oil in place of melted butter. It will also give the cookies a nice tropical, coconutty taste!

Go ahead and give these cookies a try tonight. After all, it is maple season! Also, be sure to keep them in mind as the holiday’s roll around. Maple cookies will be the perfect addition to your holiday cookie tray. You should probably practice making them (and eating them) a few times before the holiday season is here. So, go preheat your oven and get baking! Let us know how much you love them in the comments below! Enjoy.
