This Buttery English Muffins recipe is so delicious!

English muffins are a staple breakfast food. You can easily enjoy them with your favorite toppings or indulge in them with absolutely nothing else at all. They are just that good! They are definitely a go-to breakfast (or even a quick snack) for many people. However, the classic English muffins that you can buy in the grocery store are quite high in carbs. That means they are not keto-friendly and shouldn't be on your keto breakfast menu.

However, if you're looking for a low carb way to get English muffins back in your diet, then you'll want to keep reading. This totally customizable breakfast food is just what you need to revamp your regular menu! And our recipe is completely low-carb, easy to make, and will give you a nice big batch of English muffins that you can enjoy all week.

Low Carb Buttery English Muffins

The ingredient that makes it possible for these English muffins to be low-carb and is coconut flour. Coconut flour is an excellent low carb ingredient that keeps the texture of the English muffins the same as those you buy in the store without ever needing to use white flour. Coconut flour is also a whole lot healthier than white flour which contains almost no nutrients, vitamins, or minerals at all. Coconut flour has a good amount of fiber, protein, and also healthy fats, all of which are great on a keto diet. It really is a great base ingredient for these English muffins.

Add in a handful of other ingredients, and that's all it takes to make this keto-friendly English muffin recipe. The hint of sweetness comes from liquid stevia so you can also rest assured that this recipe remains sugar-free while still having that subtle sweet taste that you likely love about English Muffins. Not only is this recipe an excellent option for all of you low carb foodies out there, but it's a great solution for folks who are also watching their sugar intake or just looking for a better, more nutritious, English muffin.

You're probably wondering just what kind of time investment this recipe requires. You'll be happy to learn that 30 minutes is all that stands between you and this tasty muffin! That is faster than if you had to drive all the way to the store, buy English muffins, and then drive home! Seems like it is easier to just make your own. Who knew that whipping up your very own batch could be so easy? You'll never settle for the store-bought stuff ever again.

Buttery English muffins need to be on your breakfast menu! They are easy to whip up and homemade is always better! They also keep quite well so you can wrap them tightly and store at room temperature, giving you an easy breakfast option ready and waiting for you each morning. Plus, this recipe offers a low carb solution that allows you to still enjoy the recipes that you love the most. Enjoy your very own batch and see for yourself why so many people are choosing this recipe over all of the rest!
