- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound fresh salmon (chopped)
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (chopped)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Beat together the eggs, almond milk, dill, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the salmon and cream cheese then pour into the pie plate.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is set and the edges are browned.
- Let rest for 5 minutes then cut into slices to serve.
