- 1 large egg
- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1/2 cup So Nourished powdered erythritol
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl then whisk in the almond butter, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the macadamia nuts then spoon in small mounds onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are just browned. Cool before serving.
