- 3/4 cup natural almond butter
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 to 2 tablespoons So Nourished allulose monk fruit
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
- Pinch salt
- Combine the almond butter and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium-low heat.
- Heat until the ingredients are melted then stir smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, coconut flour, allulose monk fruit, and salt then stir well.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly then adjust sweetness to taste.
- Pour into a bowl then freeze for 90 minutes until solid.
- Scoop the mixture and shape it into 24 small balls by hand.
- Roll the balls in the finely chopped almonds and place them on a plate.
- Return to the freezer for 20 minutes or until firm.
