Cauliflower bisque may be my favorite soup as it is really creamy and filling while still being totally low carb. The spicy Thai salad is a great way to liven up your lunch, giving it a tasty kick of flavor without adding any meat or carbs to your diet. Curried squash soup is another one that you must try especially on a colder day when you need a bowl of something warm to keep you cozy.

You'll see from this list that the possibilities are way beyond just soup and salad! Some of my favorite meals happen to be meatless – just because its meatless doesn't mean it has to be mediocre! It has everything a traditional Italian meal would include without all the carbs. Low carb tofu satay is one that is perfect for both lunch and dinner.
