- 6 large chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil (more if needed)
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the almond flour and seasonings in a large zippered freezer bag and toss to combine.
- Add the chicken and toss until well coated, rubbing it into the skin.
- Pour enough oil into a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover the bottom then add the chicken.
- Bake for 45 minutes, turning two or three times throughout, until crisp. Serve hot.
