- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Place the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and cover then cook on high heat for 60 seconds.
- Remove the cauliflower from the bowl and chop coarsely.
- Return the cauliflower to the bowl and cook for another 45 seconds then toss in the cheese.
- Microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds then stir.
- Add the heavy cream and stir until the ingredients come together, cooking at 10-second intervals as needed until the cheese is melted.
