- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 ounces fresh chopped kale
- 3 cups water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
- salt and pepper
- Sliced green onion to serve
- Combine the butter, sesame oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and chili flakes in a food processor.
