- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 buches radishes (trimmed and quartered)
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- Melt the butter in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper – sauté for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped chives and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the rosemary and thyme then sauté for 1 minute more.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot with your favorite entrée.
