Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 buches radishes (trimmed and quartered)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper – sauté for 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped chives and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the rosemary and thyme then sauté for 1 minute more.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot with your favorite entrée.
